A world populated with immortal mutants, sentient Sophos, and Figures of Action that define their eras. Driving around in their strange and peculiar vehicles throughout the Lands Between the Mounds—the Landfills. These vast heaps of resources are all that remain from the generations before. Mining the only available resources from within, the Landfills sustain all meager forms of intelligent life that dares to persist in WASTEWORLD!
While it may look scary, not all post-aoocalyptic landscapes are populated with dread and misery. In WASTEWORLD, collective action, communal care, and quality of life for all is paramount. It’s just that resources are thin, life expectancy is short, and death is all too comforting for those tired of struggle. This is our afterlife—humanity’s second chance—and while it can be devastatingly grim and nigh impossible to bare, there lies fruits to the efforts of persistence. The Mutants guide us with their shared experience through the ages, the Sophos care for us when we are too weak to stand on our own, and the Figures of Action—for better or worse—outline the path we must traverse to simply carry on living. But together, we can meet the simple challenge of life; together we can make it better. For the mutants, for the Sophos, for the Figures of Action, for humanity. Together, we can waste away in WASTEWORLD.
All vehicles and characters within this site are made by me. Mostly out of trash or discarded things I find. I’m not a great God. But I am an inventive one.
The figures are all hand-made, hand-sewn, and hand-painted by me and play-tested by my friends’ kids.
All vehicles are handmade and designed by me, programmed by Rocketship Games, and play-tested by myself and my friends’ kids. Nearly all the vehicles have a secondary play function including working flamethrowers, model rocket launchers, airsoft cannons, arcade systems, vacuum cleaners, and one is made out of cat hair (CAT-CAT).
